Floor Types:
Glueless – the majority of laminate floors are installed using a
glueless method. This method is easy and quick for the installer,
whether a trained professional or do-it-yourselfer. It is often
combined with a noise-reduction underlayment.
Glued – these floors are becoming increasing uncommon in today’s
market. Individual planks are connected using a special-formulated
adhesive.
Attached Backing – these floors include a noise-reducing attached
underlayment.
