"I recently purchased a houseful of carpet from Big Bob's and could not be more pleased. Our house was flooded in June because a storm drain backed up, and we had no idea where to go for carpet. One of the workers at Chem-Dry recommended Tony at your company and we are very glad he did.

My initial contact with Tony was very warm and pleasant. He guided me through the purchase in a highly professional and caring manner, ensuring that all my needs were looked after and allowing me to schedule the installation that was best for me. His knowledge and expertise in figuring the quote and then completing the job in a timely fashion was an extremely comfortable experience.

As I told Tony as he figured the quote, I normally get at least two estimates before undertaking a major job like this, but because of the good numbers he gave me, your company was selected on the spot without going to a second bid.
